Okay so, today I had to turn down a free gig. It pained me so much. I wanted to cry, but I really can't afford it because I'm trying to save up for my Bestival ticket. Basically the bands PR emailed me today and told me that he'd put me on the guestlist. It's a real shame because it would have been SO cool to go up to the door and be like "oh yeah Cleo Greaves, I should be on the guestlist." ugh. I hope he sends me more invitations! There really are perks to this whole editor stuff! By the way, I know you might think "oh but it's a free gig so how come you need to save money?" Basically, it's in London and I'm just outside of London so it'd cost me to get there and then the drinks while I'm there the money all mounts up as you probably know.

Also, I've decided to go ahead with the music video, I feel like it's a really great opportunity. I've spoken to my college course leader and he's said that I can hire out the equipment for free aswell (I do a TV and Film production course). He also said that he'll help me out as much as he can, this is all so great! So basically I've sent a really long "official" sounding email to the lead singer talking about what I thought of the album and some questions in accordance to the video. If any of you out there are music video directors could you give me a bit of help here?! Drop me an email? I NEED HELP, PLEASE!!!
